Counselling provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk with a trained professional about your thoughts and feelings.
During counselling, you can explore your experiences at your own pace. This may help you understand and process difficult emotions, adjust to the changes that sight loss can bring, and find ways to cope with uncertainty or loss. Many people find that counselling helps them rebuild confidence and feel less alone in what they are going through.Sessions and cost.
